All shipments are sent via Fastway Couriers. They provide full insurance, as well as a tracking number. Should you, the customer wish to have delivery by some other means please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to comply with the request.
We offer free shipping to all states in Australia. Your order will automatically qualify for free shipping once the order value equals our minimum order, this varies from state to state. If the order falls below the minimum order value then a shipping charge will be applied. Please check the table below for the shipping rates to your state.

The free shipping or charged shipping is based upon the state the product is being shipped to. So for example if you were ordering from Western Australia but the goods were being shipped to Queensland then the shipping will be only $20 instead of $38, or it will be free if the order is equal to or greater than the minimum order value.
We are sincerely interested in sending you exactly the product you ordered. However, we know there will be times when the customer is not happy. In order to refund however, we do need to view the returned product for our own quality control and assessment so that we can either reprint or refund as you, the customer, require. Although the returned print is of no use to us, the quality frame is and therefore must be returned. The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility and if payment was made by credit card the refund will be issued less 3% to cover merchant processing fees. You are welcome to reuse the box in which the product was sent.
If the product is damaged in shipping please let us know before returning as it may be more advantageous to both parties, for us to claim on our insurance and simply send you another. In this event we will require a photo of the damaged goods via email.
