For a limited time and until further notice all shipping within Australia is free with any order and therefore in the order process you will not be required to choose a shipping method. All shipped goods will still be insured as part of our determination to provide customer satisfaction.
Under normal circumstances we use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to ship to all areas of the country. Our shipping costs are calculated according to the Australia Post or Fastway Couriers pricing link and we do not make a profit on those costs. Should you, the customer wish to have delivery by some other means please feel free to contact us and we will endeavor to comply with the request.
We are also able to organise overseas shipping via Australia Post. Please email us with your requirements.
Returns
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (Please refer to our money back guarantee.)We are sincerely interested in sending you exactly the product you ordered. However, we know there will be times when the customer is not happy. In order to refund however, we do need to view the returned product for our own quality control and assessment so that we can either reprint or refund as you, the customer, require. Although the returned print is of no use to us, the quality frame is and therefore must be returned. The cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. You are welcome to reuse the box in which the product was sent.
If the product is damaged in shipping please let us know before returning as it may be more advantageous to both parties, for us to claim on our insurance and simply send you another. In this event we will require a photo of the damaged goods via email.
